Kristen Bell says homeschooling amid coronavirus quarantine is ‘absolutely miserable’

Kristen Bell is getting real about teaching her children amid the coronavirus pandemic.

On the Season 5 premiere of the actress' web series "#Momsplaining" Thursday, Bell explained why homeschooling hasn't been so great.

"Of course, we've all come to know the two worst words in the human language: Home schooling," she said. "Doing school work with them, it is absolutely miserable. When we started this quarantine, the first math worksheet I gave my daughter, in all the answer lines she wrote, ‘No. No. No. No. No.' "

Bell shares two daughters, Lincoln, 7, and Delta, 5, with husband Dax Shepard.

She continued, "There are a few people that have come out victorious in this situation though. Germaphobes, stay-at-home moms, they're all like, ‘I told you how (expletive) hard this is.' "

During the comeback episode, Bell interviewed model and new mom Ashley Graham to ask her about quarantine for her family.

Graham said she's been in quarantine at her mother's home in Nebraska.

"We're doing really good," she said. "Everyone kind of has figured out their roles"

Then Bell got into the hard-hitting questions: "When was the last time you showered?"

"Well I showered for you," Graham replied. "But the biggest question here I think is, when was the last time I brushed my teeth."

"Listen, you already have a baby, don't worry about it," Bell said before revealing: "I showered two days ago."

This isn't the first time Bell has revealed the hardships of quarantine life.

She told ET Online earlier this month that she and Shepard have been "on each other’s last nerve these last couple days"

"We’re doing much better now because we're laughing about it. But when we were not laughing about it for the first couple of days, that's the hard spot," she said.

The couple also sat next to each other to talk to Katie Couric, and the tension was obvious on camera.

"This is as physically close as we've been in a couple of days 'cause we've just found each other revolting," Bell quipped, sharing they had been "at each other's throats real bad."
