Some of New Jersey's biggest stars are banding together to give back during the coronavirus pandemic.
Bruce Springsteen announced Tuesday that he and Jon Bon Jovi, Tony Bennett, Jon Stewart, Whoopi Goldberg, Charlie, SZA, Danny DeVito, Chelsea Handler and many more will take part in the "Jersey for Jersey" fundraiser at 7 p.m. EST on Wednesday, April 22.
The special can be streamed on Apple Music and AppleTV apps.
Money raised will go toward the New Jersey Pandemic Relief Fund.
"New Jersey has been hit especially hard by the coronavirus pandemic and the people of New Jersey have always stepped up during difficult times," said Springsteen on the morning of Tuesday, April 14, on "Good Morning America." "This is our to do everything we can for our folks here in the Garden State, and we hope you'll join us."
The New Jersey Pandemic Relief Fund seeks to help state organizations in getting resources to vulnerable communities across the state.
“We are committed to the task of identifying the most effective interventions, determining community needs, and raising essential funds and awareness as we battle this challenge,” said fund founder and New Jersey First Lady Tammy Murphy previously in a statement.
